With over 40 years of experience in martial arts, gymnastics, and creative movement, Mike Chow brings a lifetime of expertise and passion to Chi Elements. As a seasoned teacher and practitioner, he has trained and taught martial arts and recreational gymnastics for decades, blending discipline with creativity. His 30+ years of experience in dance and creative movement add a unique flair to his approach, emphasizing fluidity and expression. Beyond his teaching, Mike’s 35-year career as a professional stuntman in the film industry has shaped his understanding of adaptability, resilience, and physical mastery. Chi Elements reflects his vision of a dynamic, accessible movement system that combines strength, grace, and mindfulness for everyone.
